Ravens Ait Island Venue Hire KT6

Ravens Ait is an enchanting island In the middle of the Thames, between Surbiton, Kingston and Hampton Court. The island of Raven’s Ait offers the convenience of a London location with the tranquillity of the Surrey countryside.

The Island is a truly unique venue specialising in Corporate Events, Weddings and Private Parties

We have two private launches to transport guest to and from the island as required and regularly host events for up to 400 guests.

The southern tip of the island features landscaped gardens and a stunning and versatile Marquee complete with bar, decking and fairy lights. At the centre of the island is the main house which contains three flexible event spaces including our Britannia Suite and riverside patios.

DDR rates from £45+

Venue Hire includes: private launches to take guest to and from the island as required, agreed space, event manager, furniture, cutlery crockery, linen (where applicable) and more.

DDR rates include: Hire of main meeting room set up to your specification, flexible working lunch options, Lots of food! Arrival pastries, mid morning biscuits and afternoon treats, unlimited still and sparkling water, sweets on the main meeting room tables, conference crew for assistance throughout the day to include a ‘Meet & Greet’ briefing at the start of the day to agree objectives and catering requirements, meeting room equipment: 1 x flipchart, projector, screen and stationary box. Other AV & equipment available, de-brief meeting to ensure we have fully met your needs during the event.

Drinks packages start with arrival drinks and ½ a bottle of wine or 2 beers per person and go up to all-inclusive 4 hour package.

The Marquee

Our Marquee is a large flexible space that can be set for a cabaret style conference or an evening party (or both!) The Marquee has its own bar, toilet facilities, decking area, dance floor all underneath a fairy lit canopy.

The Britannia Suite

The Britannia Suite is a large open space with floor to ceiling windows all along the walls on the side of the room. The Britannia Suite has its own decking area which is perfect for evening BBQ’s or alfresco delegate dining. The Britannia suite has its own bar and is conveniently located in the main building next to two breakout areas and our reception.

The Thames Suite

The Thames Suite is a smaller space just off reception but again has fantastic views over the Thames. It’s a great space for a smaller meeting of up to 45 cabaret or perhaps afternoon team building. Recreate the Bake Off Final or perhaps use this space as your refreshment area either way this purpose-built event room is a great fit for a plethora of events.

The Lambourne

The Lambourne is our smallest space and is most often used as a break out room. It can cater for up to 16 boardroom, 24 cabaret or up to 30 as a workshop room. This room is located in the same space as the Britannia and Thames so is incredibly convenient for corporate meetings and product launches. It also works well as a cloakroom space for evening parties.
