As you pass the original stone gatehouse and journey along the tree-lined drive, between open fields, Norton House creates a striking first impression: an elegant blend of the classic and the contemporary.

Originally owned by the Ushers, the family behind Glenlivet Whisky and the Ushers Brewery, the house still has the appearance of a private country home. But, like one of the family’s finest malts, it has improved with age. As well as historic features, it is now a place of stylish dining, advanced business technology and 21st century comforts.

This 1840 hotel is a romantic Scottish wedding venue and one of the best meeting venues in Edinburgh, thanks to its location, 5 minutes from Edinburgh Airport and 20 minutes from the city centre, and its tailored, all inclusive packages. This beautifully proportioned room with its long oak bar is perfectly suited for reception drinks or for use as a breakout area for business meetings or events.

VERANDAH

The Verandah is a meeting room with a difference, being a bright, airy room looking out on to the tiered garden.

The Orchard and Meadow rooms offer the same facilities as the Garden Suite
