We manage our conferences and events as efficiently as we run our race days; we are dedicated to excellence and deliver impeccable service to clients through our meticulous handling and attention to detail as proven by our recent awards for customer service and catering. Alongside running a busy conference centre, we own and manage our own hotel. The Lodge is Newbury Racecourse’s new hotel, opened in 2015, located in the grounds of the Racecourse estate, just a 2 minute walk away from Newbury Racecourse Station. Conference Suite. Whether you choose our Day Delegate Package or a bespoke alternative, our experienced team will work with you to accommodate your every need. Our 42 syndicate rooms are in close proximity to the main conference suite and can accommodate up to 120 delegates.
Organisers regularly combine our indoor facilities and outdoor spaces for bespoke events such as summer family fun days, team building activities, product launches, classic car shows, national gaming events and concerts.
For indoor events, each of the racecourse’s three grandstands has unique characteristics that can be matched to each individual event requirement. Outside, our 225 acres of grounds make a stunning backdrop for any outdoor event. Our dedicated events management team will identify the most appropriate spaces and facilities, and assist you in creating and delivering a successful and impressive event.
