You don’t have to be a football or athletics fan to appreciate the fabulous facilities, the contemporary and sophisticated nature of the rooms with views of the stadium bowl or the City of London appeal to all. However, most want to embrace the venue and what better way than to combine a meeting or event with a tour visiting the changing rooms, player’s tunnel, dugout and indoor track.

London Stadium has two large conference rooms for up to 300 and several adjacent break out, catering and exhibition spaces making an ideal home for your next meeting, seminar of conference. There are 16 executive boxes, perfect for focus groups, board meetings and executive interviews.
Our private dining rooms feature private bars, drinks reception space, space for a dance floor and outdoor balconies with stunning views over the stadium bowl or across the city.
London Stadium is ideal for product launch and sales kick off events, boasting a dozen unique, inspiring spaces including an outdoor running track, pitch side access and activities such as bespoke stadium tours which can be incorporated into your event to complement your product.
The Great Britonhas a capacity of 300 for a conference or private dining and comes with the adjoining Academy space giving exclusive use of the second floor with access to east and west facing balconies for both sweeping city views and iconic pitch views. Day delegate rates from £56 and dinner packages from £69 per person.
The Forgehas a capacity of 220 for a conference or private dining and features stylish décor, private bar and floor to ceiling windows with city views. The pitch view Londoner Claret lounge comes included as a break out catering or pre-dinner drinks space. The Forge can also be portioned to create two break out rooms for up to 100 each. Day delegate rates from £60 and dinner packages from £77 per person.
The Arnold Hillsis a pitch view lounge with a private balcony and has a capacity of 300 for an evening reception or party or can be partitioned into two break out spaces for up to 70 people each.
The Royal Eastis a pitch view lounge with a private balcony and has a capacity of up to 300 for an evening reception and 200 for a buffet event.
The Boleynis our largest single room at over 900m2 featuring pitch views, private bars and perfect for ‘Knees Up’ events for up to 1000 guests or exhibitions for up to 40 exhibitors all within a fun, quirky, East End styled space.
The Londoner Blue and Claret Lounges and Boxesare located across the first floor and are ideal as catering break out space, small break out rooms, meetings, training days and executive interviews. Venue hire for boxes start from £250 and the Londoner Blue or Claret lounges from £1,800 which includes also access to the adjoining boxes and private balconies.
