Unlike many residential conference centres, we can offer a choice of venues on-site and you can book the space you need to provide your guests with the highest levels of comfort and convenience. At Lane End we have invested heavily in our infrastructure, including free fibre-optic broadband across the whole site. Our residential facilities are exceptional and our catering is prepared on-site and served fresh from the kitchen. From a working buffet to a formal three-course meal, we’re confident our skilled team of caterers will exceed every expectation.

Day delegate rate- depends on requirements- normally around £55+VAT

24 hour delegate rate – depends on requirements – normally around £155+VAT

The 24 hour rate includes the following:

  • A dedicated Conference & Events Co-ordinator who will work with you from the day you enquire to the day you depart.
  • One main room equipped with data projector/plasma, screen  and two flipcharts (laptop available at a surcharge)
  • Two complimentary break-out rooms subject to a minimum number of 18 delegates
  • Free superfast Wi-Fi access (guaranteed speeds of 100MB hard wired and 40MB Wi-Fi)
  • Notepads, pens, name cards, chilled water, cordials and mints in all the rooms
  • Free-flowing tea and coffee with homemade biscuits, afternoon cakes and fresh fruit
  • A choice between a three course buffet lunch or a working lunch
  • On-site technical assistance and free parking
  • Three course table d’hôte dinner
  • En-suite accommodation and full English breakfast.

The DDR is all of the above without dinner and accommodation.
