The purpose built new InterContinental® London – The O2 features a dedicated riverside conference centre with separate entrance away from the main hotel lobby allowing for complete privatisation of bespoke events for exclusive use hire.
The InterContinental® London – The O2 conference centre includes an impressive 7.5m high, 3,100sqm luxury pillar-free ballroom – one of the largest single event spaces in Europe – at its core. With multiple configurations for smaller events, at its largest, The Ballroom can accommodate up to 3,000 delegates for a reception or as many as 2,500 for a dinner with full staging and dance floor, providing the perfect setting for large-scale award ceremonies, congresses and glamorous parties.
In addition, the conference centre has been designed with heavy weight access lifts and The Ballroom features 64 one-ton rigging points to allow for a full range of corporate events including exhibitions, conferences, vehicle showcases and product launches. Guests of the hotel and conference centre can also enjoy 500MB free Wi-Fi with dedicated conference lines also available for special events.
Before reaching The Ballroom, guests are greeted by a dramatic double height pre-function area with floor-to-ceiling windows providing panoramic views of the river, Canary Wharf and beyond. An additional 20 meeting rooms on the mezzanine floor can also be used individually or as separate single or multiple event spaces for dining, breakout sessions and separate meetings to accompany a main event.Packages
