Browns Creations are based on your favourite cocktails, but with an extra twist to surprise and enchant. Developed by our skilled mixologists, the range includes their Monkey Jam Sour, with Monkey Shoulder, fresh lemon, jam and ginger ale; and our Honey and Ginger Cosmopolitan, with Absolut Vodka, Cointreau, honey water, fresh ginger and cranberry. Serving the finest champagne for elegant evenings and indulging with friends.

An optional light continental breakfast, morning and afternoon coffee and tea are available for an extra £3.50 per delegate. Lunch menus can be discussed when making a booking.

  • Room one can hold up to 25 people theatre style or up to 15 board room style.
  • Room two can hold up to 20 people theatre style and up to 10 people board room style.
  • Both rooms combined can hold up to 50 people theatre style and up to 25 people board room style.
  • They can cater for up to 50 dinners or up to 100 people for cocktail parties.
An optional light continental breakfast, morning & afternoon tea & coffee are available from £2.50 per delegate. They can also provide a selection of lunch menus on request.
