Bbar is a South African styled watering-hole just two minutes from Victoria Station. With its vintage photographs of big game, faux giraffe skin fabrics, ethnic carvings, leopard spotted lampshades and polished zebrano wood table tops it’s a funky mix of safari chic and colonial cool.
The menu is international, but with a strong South African accent lent by dishes like Springbok fillet, Grilled Boerewors Sausages and Bobotie Spring Rolls. The two bars serve an impressive 110 wines (over 50 by the glass) from an eclectic list of old and new world producers. Passionate mixologists prepare over 60 cocktails, from the classics to the more exotic, while the warm and relaxed service creates an invitingly intimate atmosphere.
Bbar is also a great venue for celebrating all manner of private parties. With two bars and a variety of levels it offers a number of versatile options including exclusive ‘drinks & canapé’s’ functions for 250 people and private dining for 100 guests with bespoke menus.Packages
