Our lovely client held their Christmas party at the In and out Club, a Naval and Military Club located at St James Park. A historic and elegant building, a beautiful location for guests to get into the Christmas spirit. Guests were warmly welcomed and wowed by the traditional décor. A champagne reception was awaiting them in the Library room. Drinks were flowing and guests were then called for dinner.
They were led up the ornate staircase to the coffee room and were seated for their three-course dinner. For starter, the guests had a choice of Langoustine and prawn cocktail with tomato jelly, crisp lettuce and spicy cocktail sauce or Roscoff Onion Tart with Ragstone Goats Cheese, Lemon and Thyme. The prawn cocktail seemed to be the most popular, but both were delicious.
Roast Christmas Turkey Smoked Bacon, Sage and Onion Arancini, Brussels, Roast Potatoes and Caramelised Parsnips were available for a main or the vegetarian option of Spinach Wild Mushroom Pithivier with Butternut Squash and Truffle Butter Sauce. Both were presented beautifully and all great feedback.
The guests had some room left for dessert. Which was a tasty white forest cheesecake, white chocolate base with marinated black cherries and Kirsch Mascarpone. Coffee and mince pies were brought round for the guests that were still seated whilst some guests had gone to party!
The disco was located downstairs, the DJ played some classics and guests were up and dancing!! The photo booth was a real winner and the guests loved posing in front of a snowy backdrop.
Before we knew it all the guests were downstairs in the disco dancing the night away. A very successful Christmas party and very happy clients.
